About Physical Therapy
Licensed physical therapists at Body Evolve utilize Pilates and manual therapy with a variety of traditional physical therapy techniques to provide neuromuscular reeducation, strengthening, mobilization, and stabilization. Our therapists treat the entire body along with specific symptoms. This unique approach to therapy helps patients recover from injury and attain an improved level of strength, flexibility, and function.
Initial physical therapy sessions at Body Evolve include an evaluation to thoroughly assess each individual’s current condition. Our therapists have proven results for a wide range of conditions.

Billing Process
Body Evolve will submit claims to your insurance company. Body Evolve is in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, but is considered out of network for other insurance carriers. Please contact your insurance company to ask about your specific coverage for Physical Therapy. Body Evolve will provide you with an invoice for services rendered at the end of each billing month. Payment is expected within 30 days of invoice date, regardless of receipt of payment from your insurance company. Please be aware that your insurance provider may consider some, and perhaps all, of the services rendered not medically necessary. You will be responsible for these charges as well as any out of pocket expenses, deductibles, co-pays, and charges above reasonable and customary.
For patients who wish to pay for physical therapy services directly, make payment at the time services are rendered.
Cancellation/Change Policy
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hour notice are subject to a $75 late cancellation fee. Cancellation fees may not be applied towards your deductible, or billed to your insurance company.
In the event that you must re-schedule a PT appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your preferred time and date.
