Unlocking Thoracic Mobility
Join Arlene and Sharon
for a workshop on the often neglected thoracic spine.
This course looks at regions of spinal hypomobility in
the thoracic which are usually accompanied by regions
of hypermobility in the cervical and lumbar area. This
lack of thoracic mobility can lead to cervical and lumbar
spinal dysfunction so unlocking thoracic mobility is
often the “missing link”
in treating back pain. This course will include both
theory and practical exercises. |
